How to rent the house
Reservations can be made by sending us an e-mail.
The calendar is reliable as it is normally updated. We will quickly get back to you on the availability of the house during the requested period.
Remember to consider whether you wish to hire our lovely crispy linen.
Once the reservation is complete, confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
Payment
A deposit of €100,- per week is to be paid 3 working days after booking. This covers reservation of the house and is non-refundable on cancellation.
The remainder of the payment should be mad 8 weeks before occupation of the house.
If booking is made less than 8 weeks befor the occupation of the house, the whole payment should be made.
Bed linen and towels
Interested in hiring our bed linen and towels?
(pls. note that duvets and pillows are at your disposal).
For a charge of €20,00 per person we will provide a set of linen. A set consists of: Crispy white sheets, a duvet cover, a pillow case and a beautiful gray bath towel + an ordinary towel.
For rentals over a week, you can order clean linen for the second week for additional €20,- per person.
All house linen is freshly washed and direct from the laundry; you will find them placed in a wicker basket on the inside staircase.
It is the guests' responsibility to make the bed on arrival and remove the linen on departure.
TOWELS SHOULD NOT BE USED ON THE BEACH!!
Cleaning €85,00
There is an obligatory fee for cleaning and washing of used towels and cloths. This amount is included in the charges and is payable together with the final part of the rental. The house should naturally be tidied up and left in an orderly manner.
Finally we expect that you will naturally treat our property as if it were yours.
