Located in the Green Mountains and sprawling chestnut forest;
and 30 mins away from "The beaches of Versilia" you find our cosy rustic house. 

The northern part of Tuscany known as Lunigiana is characterized by fantastic forested mountains with old chestnut trees that trickle out of the slopes, revealing small villages and a relaxed lifestyle…..

Our house is situated in a small friendly peaceful village on one of the green slopes – approx. 310 m above the sea and has a stunning view over a valley with small villages, that lie lazily in the sun.

The rocky coastline, which includes five small villages Cinque Terre and the fine sandy beach, that stretches from Massa to Viareggio can be reached in approx. half an hour.
